Frequently Asked Questions
The tour is about more than rugby — it’s an opportunity for players to build friendships, grow in confidence, experience team spirit, and create lifelong memories.
Our tour is designed for mini rugby players in the Little Dolphins through to U12 Boys and Girls age groups.
Rugby and activities will be organized at age group level as well as opportunities for all young people to come together.
The tour will take place at Seal Bay with matches hosted at local rugby facilities. All members of the tour will need to book accommodation at Seal Bay Accommodation
The tour runs from 16th April 2027 to 19th April 2027. A detailed itinerary will be shared closer to departure.
Tour prices are based on your accommodation booking. Accommodation starts from £289 and include accommodation, fixtures, tournament entry, and entertainment passes. Accommodation is self catering. There are a some restaurants and a shop on site.
The package includes accommodation, match fixtures/tournament entry, evening entertainment, a tour souvenir, and our Tour Court session.
Players will need a parent or guardian on site at all times
Yes. We welcome families and supporters. Please ensure you book the right accommodation for your family/supporter group.
This years theme is “HavMania” based on the much loved 90s Wrestle Mania. On the Saturday afternoon when we run the court session we encourage families to come dressed in something related to the theme. It can be as elaborate or as simple as you like.
The Court session is one of the only times on Tour that our whole touring party is together. It’s a fun few hours of games and fun for our players, volunteers and families.
We hold a mock Court session and “punish” those found guilty. For example – this might be a Coach who perhaps plays rugby at a different rugby club. If found “guilty” they may face the water pistol firing line or perhaps a cream pie to the face.
There will also be opportunities for children to participate in games and activities. No child will be forced to participate in any activity.
We usually attend a local rugby club for some rugby-based activity. Rugby will be within the age grade limitations for the day. The detailed itinerary will be circulated nearer the time.
Accommodation will be caravans which include different facilities and number of beds. For specific accommodation information please see Accommodation
Unfortunately, family-owned caravans cannot be included at this stage.
To make the tour viable, we have to commercially commit to achieving a set number of caravan bookings with the park. If we do not reach these contracted numbers, it could affect the tour pricing and reduce our ability to secure approval for events and activities on site.
Until the commercially contracted allocation has been achieved, we are unable to include family-owned caravans as part of the tour.
Accommodation is self catering. A range of on site facilities can be found here Seal Bay Food Options
